ROCKFORD — Kylie Downton scored 15 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to help Elida’s girls basketball team beat host Parkway 63-55 in a non-league game on Tuesday.

Cassidy Slusher scored 12 points and had 5 steals for Elida, Sabrina Kline scored 12 points and O’Sha Owens finished with 11 points and 9 rebounds.

Coldwater 57, Wapakoneta 47

WAPAKONETA — Hannah Bruns and Sarah Kanney each scored 15 points and Coldwater knocked off host Wapakoneta in non-league action. Nicole Brown scored 12 points for Wapakoneta and Maddi Stiles added 11 points. Coldwater made 25-of-50 field goals and Wapak was 18-of-49 from the floor. Coldwater improves to 13-7 overall and Wapakoneta is 9-10.

Bath 66, Marion Local 62

MARIA STEIN — Alyssa Manley scored 17 points, hitting three 3-pointers, and Bath won at Marion Local in non-league play. Bath is 14-5 overall and Marion Local is 12-7. Emily Ruhe scored 15 points for Bath while Jenna Hollar and Maddie Dackin scored 11 points each and Taylor Dackin had 15 points. Chelsea Winner scored 19 points for Marion Local.

Celina 60, Crestview 42

CELINA — Celina forced 23 Crestview turnovers and committed just 7 of their own in the nonleague win. Celina also scored 44 points in the paint to just 24 for Crestview.

Katie Stahl finished with 15 points and 9 rebounds for Celina, Hillary Heiby scored 13 points and Kylee Bader had 10 points. Mackenzie Riggenbach scored 14 points and dished 3 assists for the Knights (17-2), Lindsey Motycka had 12 points and Emily Bauer had 8 points.

Kalida 33, Holgate 31

KALIDA — Jackie Gardner scored 10 points and Kalida improved to 11-7 with the non-league victory. Kalida made 16-of-43 field goals for 37 percent while Holgate was 14-of-36 (39 percent). Kylie Osterhage scored 8 points for Kalida. Kalida outrebounded Holgate 30-19. Holgate is 13-7 while Kalida is 11-7.

New Bremen 60, Spencerville 52

NEW BREMEN — Hannah Holdren scored 19 points to lead New Bremen to the non-league win. Haley Moeller had 13 points and Kyla Otting scored 10 points for the Cardinals (10-10). Schylar Miller scored 21 points for Spencerville (2-16), Alyssa Mulholland had 11 points and Abby Freewalt scored 10 points.

Liberty-Benton 63, Miller City 35

BENTON RIDGE — Melissa Michel scored 24 points for Miller City, which dropped to 4-16 with the non-league loss. Liberty-Benton improved to 15-4.

New Knoxville 57, Houston 35

HOUSTON — Haley Horstman scored 17 points for the Rangers and Meg Reineke added 11 points in the win.

Boys Basketball

Temple Christian 51, Lincolnview 50

LIMA — Andrew Rhoad netted 16 points for the Pioneers in beating the non-league Lancers. Evan Sutton and Justin Kroehler each scored 13 points for Temple Christian, which improved to 13-6 overall. Kyle Williams hit six 3-pointers and scored 24 points for Lincolnview (7-12) and Kade Carey had 10 points.

Bluffton 64, Riverdale 50

BLUFFTON — Levi Kistler scored 16 points for the Pirates in the non-league victory over visiting Riverdale. Michael Donley and Jordan Skilliter had 11 points each for Bluffton and Austin Bricker scored 9 points.

Miller City 72, Perry 55

MILLER CITY — Austin Lammers scored 12 points and pulled down 13 rebounds as Miller City improved to 14-4 overall. Ross Kaufman had 20 points and 7 assists for Miller City, Adam Niese scored 14 points and Russell Niese added 11 points. Jared Poling scored 15 points for Perry (6-11), Bruce Hodges had 11 points and 8 boards and Raphael Sanders had 6 points, 3 steals and 2 assists.

Ottoville 29, Fort Jennings 28

OTTOVILLE — Ottoville outscored Fort Jennings 11-9 in the final quarter and won the PCL game at Ottoville. Ottoville is 7-11 overall, 2-3 in the PCL while Fort Jennings is 4-14, 1-4. Tyler Roby hit three 3-pointers for 9 points for Ottoville and Luke Schimmoeller had 8 points while Austin Honigford had 7 points. Nick VonSossan and Kurt Warnecke had 8 points each for Fort Jennings.

Columbus Grove 53, Pandora-Gilboa 25

PANDORA — Will Vorhees finished with 20 points for Grove in the win at Pandora-Gilboa. Columbus Grove is 12-6 overall and P-G is 4-14. Derek Rieman and Collin Grothaus each scored 9 points. Abe Basinger scored 7 points.

USV 59, Carey 54

McGUFFEY — Lane Hurley scored a game-high 18 points and Upper Scioto Valley went on to win in non-league play. Woody Prater netted 13 points for the Rams and Dylan Hunsicker scored 8 points.
