Lima Central Catholic’s Colin Stolly pitched a no-hitter with seven strikeouts and two walks when the Thunderbirds beat Allen East 12-0 in baseball on Tuesday.



Ben Stolly had a home run for LCC (12-4, 5-0 Northwest Conference). Allen East is 7-7 overall and 1-4 in the NWC.

Coldwater 0



Adam Niemeyer tossed a two-hit shutout to give Minster a win over Coldwater in a matchup of two of the Midwest Athletic Conference’s top baseball teams.



Niemeyer struck out seven and walked two for the Wildcats (14-1, 4-0 MAC) and drove in a run at the plate.



Coldwater is 14-3 overall and 3-1 in the MAC.

David Diller went 3 for 4 and drove in three runs and Jesse Wheeler was 2 for 2 for the Bulldogs (2-15, 1-4 WBL) in their win over the Wildcats (5-10, 1-4 WBL).

Damian Helm struck out 13 and limited Lincolnview to three hits. Brock Rolsten was 2 for 3 with two RBIs and Bryce Richardson had two hits for the Knights (8-5, 3-0 NWC).

Jackson Lammers had four hits and was the winning pitcher and Ross Lehman and Hunter Berner had two hits for Miller City (8-4, 3-0 PCL).



For Continental, Austin Mansfield and Vernon Prowant had two hits.

Aric Fickert struck out 12 in a 10-inning complete game win for he Bulldogs.

Alex Meyer threw a four-hit shutout for Jackson Center. He struck out eight and walked two.

Versailles scored three times in the top of the seventh inning to get the win.

Derek Rindler went 3 for 3, scored the first St. Henry run and drove in the winning run in the fifth inning. He has had at least one hits in each of St. Henry’s 17 games.



Jeff Paul (4-0) was the winning pitcher with a five-hitter. St. Henry is 13-4 overall and 5-1 in the MAC.

Kayla Verhoff went 2 for 4 and drove in three runs and Sydney Santaguida, Meredith Shepherd and Frankie Bowersock all went 2 for4 for Lima Central Catholic.



Shepherd was the winning pitcher for LCC (5-5, 3-2 NWC). Allen East is 11-6 overall and 2-3 in the conference.

Alex Quigley went 3 for 4 and Leva Weller got the win for Continental (9-4) in a non-league game.

Jessica Vennekotter and Cassie Niese went 2 for 3 and Kylee Ricer got the win for the Wildcats (3-6 overall).



Miller City took the lead in the fourth inning on an RBI single by Alissa Schnipke and added two more runs on a single by Morgan Inkrott.

Wapakoneta’s Renee Lovett struck out 11, Amy Hume hit a home run and Carli Sammons had three hits for Wapakoneta when it handed O-G its first loss of the season.

Abbie Patton was the winning pitcher and had three hits for the Commodores.

Breana Schmidt had three hits and Kelsey Beck and Brooke Combs had two each for Paulding. Katelyn Guagenti had two hits for Ada.

Tori Holcomb had two hits and two RBIs and Lauren Parkins and Taylor Monday had two hits for Bluffton (4-7, 2-3 NWC).

Whitney Rollins’ two-run single in the fourth inning scored both of the Panthers’ runs. Kylie Sndyer threw a two-hit shutout and struck out 12 to get the win.

Kirstin Hicks had a five-hit shutout with five strikeouts and two walks for the Knights (10-6, 5-0 NWC).
