LIMA — Kentucky senator and possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate Rand Paul had a key message for Allen County Republicans: “To win nationally, we will have to be more diverse.”Paul was the keynote speaker Tuesday at the annual Allen County Republican BBQ and Rally held Tuesday at the University of Northwestern Ohio Event Center.“We will have to listen to people with or without tattoos,” Paul said. “With or without earrings.”Paul said the GOP has always been the party to support citizens’ individual rights. He said now was the time for Republicans to do a better job getting that message across.
