OTTAWA — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 63 announced the 2014 Miss Poppy. Hope Wischmeyer, 13, of Ottawa, was named Miss Poppy 2014. She is the daughter of Alan and Suzy Wischmeyer and in the eighth grade at SS.
