LIMA — With a plan of helping build tomorrow’s community leaders today, Allen County Leadership celebrated the graduation of its 27th class Wednesday at the City Club Banquet Hall.“It is a way to expose people to people and issues that we face in Allen County,” said ALL Executive Director Matt Otto. “It makes for better informed leaders in the Lima area.”ALL is a countywide leadership program designed to develop new leaders for our community. The purpose of ALL is to be a catalyst to promote positive change in local communities by providing an education which will improve understanding of community issues, institutions, self and others and train individuals in advanced leadership principles.
