Brown announces new plan to treat addicts

LIMA — A new plan for treating addicts hopes to lower the number of drug addicts in Ohio by increasing the number of patients allowed to be treated.The TREAT Act, Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, said, would give doctors the ability to treat more patients.
