Collision splits vehicle in half

SHELBY COUNTY — Failing to stop at a stop sign led to a two-vehicle accident at state Route 119 at Lochard Road Friday, splitting one vehicle in half.At 10:39 a.m., the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a collision involving Anna resident Carol Hoying and Christopher Redd, of Sidney.
