1. Wapakoneta Waterpark, Wapakoneta

Hours: Noon to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday, Noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Highlights: A family can get a season pass for only $125, giving them unlimited access to the Wapakoneta Waterpark all summer. Stop in on wacky Wednesdays which feature a weekly theme and fun activities. Want to swim without all the splashing kids? Stop by for the adult swim 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are also several family mornings 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to noon Saturday and Sunday. The pool can also be rented out for parties after hours.
2. Delphos Pool, Delphos
Location: 1000 Park Ave., Lima
Hours: Noon to 8 p.m. daily
With a 159-foot waterslide, two diving boards and a baby pool, not to mention the concession stand and shade tent, the Delphos pool has something to please everyone in the family. Itís affordable too. Swimmers can pay $5 each visit or if you only have time for a quick dip after work, evening swims after 6 p.m. are only $2. All lifeguards are certified and get in-service training every month. In addition, they offer swim lessons and rent out the facilities for pool parties.
3. Columbus Grove Pool, Columbus Grove
Location: 17510 Road 8P, Columbus Grove
Hours: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday
Highlights: It only costs $3 per person to swim here, and on Wednesdays, it is only $1. Children under the age of 3 are free. With five acres to swim and a water slide, kids will be sure to enjoy cooling off at this watering hole. The pool which is 77 years old is also on the National Historic Register.
