Highlights: Be sure you really want a lot of ice cream if you order a large at the Creamery in Delphos. Known for their super sized servings of ice cream, the Creamery offers 32 different flavors of hard dipped ice cream and six flavors of soft serve ice cream which can be mixed into various twists, upping the options to nine. They make their own drumsticks, ice cream sandwiches, chocolate chip delights and fudge nut bars. In addition, there are options for those who are lactose intolerant.

Highlights: If you think Coldstone Creamery ice cream tastes creamier than its competition, you arenít imagining things. Unlike other ice creams which typically have a 8 to 9 percent cream base, this ice cream has a 17 percent cream base. While that might not be the best thing for your waistline, your taste buds will clamor for more. The ice cream is made fresh daily. With 16 different flavors of ice cream and over 30 different add-ins available, there is sure to be something for everybody!
3. Peteís Ice Cream, Lima

Highlights: Peteís Ice Cream, owned by Dave and Donna Peters, first opened their doors at the end of the 2009 season. Since then, their 40 different flavors of hard dip ice cream and three flavors of soft serve have become a local favorite. In addition to ice cream, milk shakes are also a popular item here.
