Look at how we
raise our children
The news of today’s world is always negative, most generally. There are still good things that happen, it just does not get told enough.
The day they took prayer out of schools was a big mistake. Some of these kids never get to know God any other way. We are trying to change the way the Bible was written to get people to accept the things that this world wants to change. In the long run, we will be punished for this.
Yes, people have the right to believe how they choose, but we do not need to be having it pushed in our faces to accept it. This country was founded on one God, but somewhere along the way we have lost touch. Oh, when something bad happens, we find our faith for a little while, then go right back to the same old way.
Families do not have time for each other. The people whom are retired travel around the country, hardly seeing their grandchildren any more. I remember going to my grandparents playing simple games having fun with them. This world today is so wrapped up in video games, cell phones, computers the kids hardly play out of doors.
Life was so much better in the 50’s and 60’s. The parents corrected their children with a paddle on the behind if they needed it. They did not have to say constantly “Oh Johnny you will get time out if you don’t quit that.” Five minutes later they are back doing it again.
Most of these kids are so bored they have nothing to do. Being busy helping parents gives them lessons on how to do and teaches responsibility.
