Why is it because we care about animals, columnists like David Trinko assume we do not care about other injustice that happens? I was there at the court about the animal and I was there with others trying to get Nitro’s law passed which stops making animal abuse or killings just a slap on the wrist. We dislike any abuse or murder of anyone or any animal. You need to know your facts before bashing animal lovers.
I held a vigil for the police dog that died in the a hot car and a woman said, “why don’t you speak out on abortion you must condone it, since you do not.” I told her I am against it and that I can only do so many things. Then I asked her what do you do for any causes besides complain about what others do? Again, instead of credit for what I did it was about criticism. At least I act when I am able to do so. Your writing is incorrect about how animal lovers feel about things, but since you did not talk with us you would not know this.
What have you done for any issue involving a murder or animal abuse? You were probably at court because you get paid to be there to cover a story. We received no money. By the way that case has not been proven either yet. Who do you think you are to imply we don’t care? We can’t all do everything.
