I read your story in Wednesday’s paper where a Toledo driver in a sport utility vehicle was texting and was involved in an accident (“Unknown if driver texted before crash,” Wednesday, Page B1).
I watch the news on Toledo 13 and they showed where the Temperance, Mich., driver was texting while driving and ran into the rear of a city truck parked on the berm. A later report showed that the driver died from the accident and was very fortunate that two city workers around the vehicle were not seriously injured.
I think this report should be updated to demonstrate the possible results of texting while driving.
