Is anybody else concerned that we send our Lima utility bill’s to Columbus?
We have an office in Lima that can process our utility bills. So why are we sending them to Columbus and paying people in Franklin County when we could have people from Allen County employed. I know at least one person at the Lima office that has been a temp for several years. My solution would be for every one to take their utility bills to the office at 424 N. Central or do not use the envelope that they send you with your monthly bill and make out your own envelope to the Lima,Ohio address and mail it there. This way the utilities department will maybe realize we need to employ people from our area.
Oh, by the way, the Water Department has the biggest share of the money in the County Department’s.
