Letter: Accusation not enough to prevent employment

Regarding Sunday’s front page article “Crossing the thin blue line”: It is unjust that anyone who was accused of a crime and found innocent by a judge and or jury be denied employment of any kind. It is the worse kind of cowardice when an employer does so. A law enforcement official who has been through that process is exactly the person I want watching my back.
