Punish police for illegal raid
Seems the Prosecutorís Office has had no luck with the two women who were charged in the police raid at the Metropolitan Housing Authority.
Now I wonder if the Prosecutorís Office will be entertaining thoughts of filing charges against the Police Department for conducting a raid without a search warrant. Seems to me that this would be in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment. That is unless the Police Department has a ready-made loophole that is used to deny civilians the rights as provided under the Fourth Amendment.
