Gas company should be held accountable
After watching my yard and sidewalk being tore up this summer by the local gas company I can no longer stay quiet.
My yard is torn up with piles of broken up concrete laying in the yard. The sidewalk that was tore up then replaced is marked on and cracked after two weeks. My husband was told by the worker pouring the concrete it is not his job to take care of that.
My bushes are dying and my grass and flowers are dead. My mulch is ruined and there is no fill dirt replaced after the sidewalk was poured.
I have made several calls to different people and I cannot get a call back. If I would do this on my own you better believe I would be fined. Where are my rights when the local gas company does this and does not care about the end result?
All I want is my yard replaced to the condition in which it was when the gas company started this project. My neighbor has a pile of concrete in her drive that she has to drive over it to get out and her approach is destroyed.
Can anyone help?
