The residents of the entire Lost Creek Neighborhood, in conjunction with its Neighborhood Association, want our eight† neighbors on Bryn Mawr to know that we sympathize with them and the situation they are being placed in with the demolition of their homes and their having to hurriedly relocate as a result of an AEP line replacement project and an I-75 reconstruction project. The AEP line replacement project has been in the works for several years, but not acted upon until AEP knew all of ODOTís plans associated with the I-75 project.

†As a result of these two separate projects, AEP will remove six homes and ODOT will remove two homes.† This is too much to comprehend and visualize, let alone to actually be one of the affected property owners having to deal with this horrific situation.† Our hearts go out to these eight homeowners with their subsequent relocation to new homes and neighborhoods by yearís end.

We will continue to keep you, our Bryn Mawr neighbors and friends, foremost in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult, and highly stressful time.

ó Ruth Hollenbacher is president of the Lost Creek Neighborhood Association, Bath Township.
