CORBIN SHAW, LimaI recently watched an interview with Lima City Councilman Tommy Pitts. He was outraged that Anthony Terry wasn’t arrested before this shooting, stating there are two separate justices in Lima: white justice and black justice. He said police officers let blacks get five or eight counts before they make an arrest; whites on the first one or two counts. The one thing I see wrong with this is that, awhile back, Pitts and Councilman Derry Glenn were complaining about police officers targeting blacks and arresting them too much. I guess my question would be: Which way do you want it?
