I would like to have a good, complete annual physical exam from a family doctor. Remember how thorough they were many decades ago?

Would today’s “mini-exam” be due to our doctors having so many patients that they don’t take the time they did in the past? In these days, the exam is only a stethoscope followed by a thermometer and the patient is done. Today, if your doctor asks you how you feel and you say OK, you have just completed your checkup and Doc is done.
