LimaPaul R. Louth, 77, died at 10 p.m. Sept. 11, 2011, at St. Rita’s Medical Center. He was born Aug. 15, 1934, in Delphos to Roy and Golda Harpster Louth, who preceded him in death. On July 5, 1958, he married Marilyn Strayer, who survives in Lima. Mr. Louth retired from Ford Motor Co. Lima Engine Plant, after 30 years. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War, then joined the Marine Corps. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed hunting and collecting guns and knives.Survivors include three sisters, Joan Culp, of Delphos, Karen Sue (Richard) Fegley, of Ohio City, and Sandra (Dan) VonSosson, of Fort Jennings.He was preceded in death by a sister, Janice West; and a brother, Gary Louth.Services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Delphos Wesleyan Church, Delphos. Pastor Wayne Prater will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.Memorial contributions may be made to the Wesleyan Church parking lot fund.Arrangements are by Harter & Schier Funeral Home, Delphos.
