LeipsicKenneth E. Bogard, 80, of Cement City, Mich., formerly of Leipsic, died at 9:45 a.m. April 18, 2012, at his residence.Services will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Leipsic. Pastor Joe Fralic will officiate. Burial will be in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic, with military rites by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9547 and American Legion Post 287.Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
