DolaDanny J. “Crazy Dog” McDougle, 58, died at 1:30 p.m. May 17, 2012, at his residence.He was born Dec. 11, 1953, in Kenton to Thomas Jay and Ruby Eleanor Sparrow McDougle. His father survives in Dunkirk. His mother preceded him in death.Mr. McDougle worked at Tower Automotive. He was a graduate of Hardin Northern High School. He loved to go primitive camping and was an avid reader. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, the National Muzzle Loaders Association, the Liberty Conservation Club and the Disabled Veterans of America. Survivors also include two sons, Shane McDougle and Aaron (Lyndsay) McDougle, both of Ada; two brothers, Randy McDougle and Mike McDougle; three sisters, Penny (Gary) Cavinee, Carol McDougle-Snyder and Shirley McDougle-Bruns; and seven grandchildren.He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Hope Fawn McDougle; a sister, Kathy McDougle-Gossard.Memorial services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada. Jamie Dellifield. The body will be cremated per his wishes.Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.Condolences may be expressed at hansonneely.com.
