KentonCharlotte J. Rettger, 83, of Columbiaville, Mich., formerly of Kenton, died March 22, 2012, at Regional Medical Center, Leesburg, Fla.She was born Jan. 17, 1929, in Erie, Pa., to Theodore Charles and Anne Elizabeth Ferrick Thornton, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 29, 1947, in Erie, Pa., she married Donald L. Rettger, who died Sept. 21, 2011.Mrs. Rettger was a homemaker. She was a 1947 graduate of East High School, Erie, Pa. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Kenton, and Columbiaville Baptist Church, Columbiaville, Mich.Survivors include two daughters, Donna (Jeff) Rezutko, of Elkhart, Ind., and Anne (Edward) Vince, of Columbiaville, Mich.; two sons, John (Carol) Rettger, of Kingsville, and Tim (Kelly) Rettger, of Lake Orian, Mich.; and seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.Services will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at Faith Baptist Church, Kenton. Pastor Dennis Burns, will officiate. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Kenton.Friends may call from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Schindewolf-Stevens-Stout Funeral Home, Kenton.Memorial contributions may be made to International Fellowship of Christian & Jews, P.O.
