BellefontaineThomas Earl Cain, 76, died May 11, 2012.He was born on Oct. 21, 1935, in Roundhead to Albert Joseph “Jack” and Helen Evelyn Richey Cain, who preceded him in death.Mr. Cain retired from the city of Bellefontaine after 25 years. In 1994, he joined Ross Training Center and worked until 2009, when his health prevented him to continue on.
