WaynesfieldDayers L. Moore, 68, died at 3:50 p.m. May 2, 2012, at his residence.He was born Oct. 2, 1943, in Harrod. On Aug. 16, 2002, he married Beverly S. Miller, who survives in Waynesfield.Mr. Moore retired after 38 years as a laborer in 2005 from Rudolph Foods. He was a member of Auglaize United Baptist Church, Maysville. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed gardening. He will be dearly missed by his dog, Daisy Duke.Survivors also include two daughters, Penny (Larry) Goubeaux, of Kenton, and Tammy (Gary) Wheeler, of Elida; two sons, Mark (Mary) Moore, of Lima, and Pete (Crystal) Moore, of Kenton; 11 grandchildren, Richard, Michael, Kayla, Tyler, Tyler, Mariah, Josh, Alexis, Jordan, Larry and Aaron; six brothers, Hazard (Norma) Moore, of Alger, Otmer (Janice) Moore, of Lima, Bill Dennis Moore, of Belle Center, Charles Moore, of Alger, ob Moore, of Lima, and Clarence Moore, of South Carolina; and two sisters, Corrine (Delmar) Moore, of Kenton, and Alleen (Don) Davis, of Roundhead.He was preceded in death by a sister, Goldie Moore.Services will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Eastside Chapel. The Rev. Russell Manns will officiate.
