Police reports for Thursday, June 12

Police reports from the Allen County Sheriff's Office, Shawnee Township, and the Lima Police Department as of 10 a.m. Thursday, June 12:

100 block of East Main Street, Lafayette - On Wednesday afternoon, a man reported someone entered his detached garage and removed items.

1925 Bellefontaine Avenue, Lima - On Wednesday afternoon, an employee at Pizza Hut reported the business received two counterfeit $20 bills.

4300 block of Lincoln Highway, Gomer - A woman reported on Wednesday that someone stole her son's cell phone.

2995 St. Johns Road, Lima - On Tuesday morning, an employee at Speedway reported an individual pumped gas and left without paying.

2145 North Dixie Highway, Lima - An individual at Plaza Mobile Home Park reported on Wednesday morning that someone caused damage to the video surveillance system and a washing machine at the park's laundromat.

2900 block of Elijah Parkway, Lima - Early Thursday morning, officers were called to investigate an attempted theft.

500 block of Hope Street, Lima - A 23-year-old woman reported an 18-year-old man stole her 1993 Ford Taurus. The man was stopped and he was cited for driving at night without headlights and driving without a license.

500 block of Hazel Avenue, Lima - On Wednesday afternoon, a 28-year-old man reported three young juveniles punched a hole in his privacy fence.

300 block of North Jameson Avenue, Lima - Officers were called late Wednesday night on a report of a 35-year-old man running around naked.

500 block of Holmes Avenue, Lima - On Wednesday night, a 35-year-old woman reported five individuals were inside a vacant house. Two 18-year-old men, a 15-year-old girl, a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl were arrested for criminal trespassing.

900 block of East Elm Street, Lima - An 83-year-old man reported on Wednesday morning that someone put graffiti on the side of his garage.

1300 block of Wonderlick Road, Shawnee Township - A 47-year-old man reported on Wednesday morning that someone ripped a screen and broke a window to his house in an apparent break-in attempt.

High Ridge Road at Sands Road, Shawnee Township - An officer reported early Wednesday morning that two juveniles were out past curfew, causing damage.

1500 block of Putters Lane, Shawnee Township - A 56-year-old woman reported on Monday afternoon that someone carved words into the rear trunk lid of her 2003 Toyota Avalon.

2401 Shawnee Road, Shawnee Township - An employee at the Duke and Duchess reported on Sunday morning that an individual paid for gas and merchandise with two counterfeit $20 bills.
