St. Marys man indicted on rape charges

WAPAKONETA -- A St. Marys man has been indicted by an Auglaize County grand jury on multiple rape charges.
According to court records, a grand jury issued the indictment Thursday against Robert G. Wagner, 44, of St. Marys. Wagner was indicted on three counts of rape, all first-degree felonies, and three counts of gross sexual imposition, all third-degree felonies.
As of Monday Wagner had yet to enter a plea in the case, according to court records.
