Putnam County Common Pleas Court The following were indicted from the Putnam County Grand Jury on Wednesday. Michael A. Fay, 17, Wood County Juvenile Detention Center; two counts aggravated murder, two counts abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and theft.


William G. Ford, 64, 13159 Road 22K, Cloverdale; five counts gross sexual imposition.


Dennis Zarse, 68, 4450 State Route 22/3, West Wilmington; rape and two counts gross sexual imposition.


Sandra Edinger, 52, 311 N. High St., Columbus Grove; theft.


Mark E. Christian, 29, 222 Riverview Drive, Ottawa; fleeing & eluding and grand theft. Dispositions/July 2


The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Sara H. Stark, Ottawa, in the amount of $110,357.47, plus interest and costs. Dispositions/July 5


Heather L. Aguirre, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Nathan D. Aguirre, Columbus Grove. They were married in Columbus Grove and have two children.


HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., Brandon, Fla., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Stephanie Braun, Van Wert, in the amount of $78,423.41, plus interest and costs. Dispositions/July 9


Jimmy R. Eagleson, 52, 2487 Road B, Leipsic, was sentenced to 15 days jail for cultivation of marijuana (attempt). He was placed on three years community control and fined $250. He was given credit for one day served and must undergo alcohol and drug assessment. He was originally charged with illegally manufacturing drugs. Dispositions/July 10


Marcos L. Flores, 37, 206 Vidette St., Columbus Grove, was found in contempt of court for non-payment of medical bills in the amount of $3,144.26. He was ordered to pay $125 a month in arrearages.m, Putnam County Municipal Court

Julie A. Edwards, 51, 202 Main St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 27 days jail suspended, with credit for three days jail upon completion of driving intervention program.


Dispositions/July 8


Randy L. Gerschutz, 30, 4516 Road 12, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to furnish to underage person and was found guilty. Sentence: Three days jail, $150 fine, with three days jail suspended. Judgments/July 8 Capital One Bank, Richmond, Va., default judgment v. Manuel G. Torres, Leipsic, $4,757.68, plus interest and costs. Dispositions/July 9


Taylor J. Giesige, 19, 410 Taft St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of operating a vehicle after underage consumption. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, six-month license suspension, with 27 days jail suspended. A charge of failure to yield at stop sign was dismissed. Eric Stewart, 28, 211 W. Williamstown Road, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $100 fine, with 10 days jail suspended.


Glenn L. Decker, 55, 23090 Road Q, Lot D, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 10 days jail, $100 fine, with 10 days jail suspended.
