Putnam County Common Pleas Court Dispositions/May 20 Anthony G. Kohnen, 56, 557 W. Ashton Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs-cocaine. He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines and six-months to five years license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. June 27. Georgana F. Ford, Pandora, and Gary L. Ford, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 2, 2010 in Grand Rapids, and have no children. Dispositions/May 21 Jimmy R. Eagleson, 51, 2487 Road B, Leipsic; pleaded guilty to attempt cultivation marijuana. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. June 27. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed. Bobby J. Risner, 50, Dupont, was sentenced to 20 days jail for contempt. He was also ordered to remain current in support payments and make an arreage payment of $151.27 per month. Dispositions/May 23 Megan Hunter, Findlay, and Brent Hunter, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Dec. 29, 2010, in Dupont, and have no children. Joshua Bott, Pandora, and Lori Bott, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married March 2, 2006 in Napoleon, and have one child. New Cases The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, v. Richard L. Pittenger, Continental; foreclosure. Toni R. Salgado, Bluffton, and Mark Salgado, Vero Beach, Fla.; dissolution without children. Sharon Pruitt, Smyrna, Tenn., v. Bruce Allen, Ottawa; foreign support. Summit Ethanol, LLC, Leipsic, v. Martin Haselman, Leipsic; other civil.

Judgments/May 13



Sterling Jewelers, Inc., Akron, default judgment v. Jesse Bohrer, Ottawa, $1,246.95, plus interest and costs.



Dispositions/May 16



Daniel Tijerina, 41, 940 N. Belmore St., Leipsic, pleaded no contest to aggravated menacing and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $250 fine, with 10 days jail and $150 suspended and no contact with victim.



Dispositions/May 20



Shelli K. Irwin, 44, 108 Liberty St., Columbus Grove, OVI pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $1,000 fine, three-year license suspension, with 160 days jail and $475 suspended and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.



Brent D. Kahle, 27, 4370 State Route 109, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension with 177 days jail and $375 suspended and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program. He also pleaded no contest to improper handling of firearm in a motor vehicle and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail and $150 suspended. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.



Dispositions/May 21



Gary Badertscher, 52, 328 Sugar Ridge, Gilboa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, $50 fine, with 177 days jail suspended.



Judgments/May 23



Capitol One Bank, Richmond, Va., default judgment v. Angela K. Moenter, Ottawa, $1,279.64, plus interest and costs.



Midland Funding, LLC, San Diego, default judgment v. Emily M. Drake, Ottawa, $1,380.57, plus interest and costs.



Pandora Family Physicians, Inc., default judgment v. Emily M. Drake, Ottawa, $307.83, plus interest and cost of suit taxed at $95.



American Legion Post 287, Leipsic, default judgment v. Sonya Flores, Leipsic, $1,689.81, plus interest and costs.
