Putnam County Common Pleas Court



Dispositions/Feb. 19



Juan Cruz, 37, 431 N. Fulton St., Wauseon, was sentenced to 30 days jail for failure to pay child support. He was found in total arrears in the amount of $13,759.28 as of Jan. 31, 2013. All but 23 days of the jail was suspended provided he remains current in his payments and seek work.



Dispositions/Feb. 20



Continental Turf Systems Co., Kalida, was granted judgment against Giant Eagle Express, LLC, Continental, in the amount of $24,571.24, for unpaid rent, plus costs.



Bank of America, Simi Valley, Calif., was granted judgment against Kenneth L. Williamson, Continental, and Patricia A. Williamson, Continental, in the amount of $70,426.09, plus interest and costs.



Dispositions/Feb. 21



Stafford C. Mitchell, 29, 12441 Lagoon Drive, Curtice, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for theft from an elderly person and 12 months for receiving stolen property. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was given credit for eight days served. He must pay restitution of $102,807 to the victims.



Dispositions/Feb. 22



Nicole A. Ott, 28, 225 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for receiving stolen property. She was given credit for nine days served, and 165 days jail was suspended. She was placed on two years community control, and must undergo alcohol and drug use monitoring.

Dispositions/Feb. 14



Schuylar R. Winkler, 19, 23080 Woodburn, Woodburn, Ind., pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Sentence: 180 days jail, with 120 days jail suspended, sentence to run consecutive to a Paulding County case and a Defiance County case.

Midland Funding, LLC, San Diego, default judgment v. Brenda Perkins, Leipsic, $2,759.46, plus interest of $226.38, plus interest and costs.



Dispositions/Feb. 19



Daniel E. Hulke, 31, 23090 Road Q, Lot F, Fort Jennings, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $150 fine, with 30 days jail suspended.



Richard J. Casteel, 41, 8892 Road A7, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to second-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $1,000 fine, three-year license suspension, with 160 days jail and $475 suspended, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.



Howard Kesler, 53, 403 S. Broadway St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: 10 days jail, $50 fine, with 10 days jail suspended. Six other counts were dismissed.



Katrina Morris, 40, 240 W. Main St., Deshler, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: Three days jail, $100 fine, with three days jail suspended.



Danielle N. Garrick, 19, 4503 Road Y, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to criminal mischief and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail suspended and 40 hours community service.

Joseph C. Skiba II, 30, 2470 N. McDonell Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 140 days jail suspended. A charge of speeding is dismissed.
