The Putnam County Youth Advisory Board held a Video Challenge during the spring of the 2012-2013 school year. Any school in Putnam County could compete. Alcohol, distracted driving and depression were the topics to be used for the videos. The winning school was promised to receive $200 and a traveling trophy. The money could be used for a reward day or piece of equipment

This is the second year the competition has been held. Seven schools participated with a total of 14 entries.

Columbus Grove High School was selected as the 2013 Video Challenge Winner by the Youth Advisory Board. Members of the Columbus Grove Leo Club had made the video.
