Patrice R. Kinnie, 22, 803 Johnson Road, Paulding, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for trafficking in drugs. She was given credit for one day served and was placed on three years community control. Her license was suspended for six months and she must pay $360 restitution to the MAN unit. She was originally charged with trafficking (marijuana) and two counts permitting drug abuse (vehicle).

Ryan M. Kimmel, 19144 Road M-17, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of second-offense reckles operation and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $150 fine and 10 days jail suspended, and validate license within 30 days.

Randi L. Drew, 20, 105 E. Elm St., Continental, pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail suspended. He must complete an assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and perform 32 hours community service.
Heather D. Scalf, 24, 227½ Third St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentence: 90 days jail, $100 fine, with 90 days jail suspended and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of persistent disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Fackler, 53, 1419 Glenwood St., Findlay, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension,with 170 days jail and $375 suspended. He was fined $150 for driving without a valid license, $150 for drug paraphernalia, and $10 for tail/license plate light required.
