Henry N. Freeman, 34, 927 N. McDonald Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs and trafficking in drugs marijuana. He faces up to 30 months in prison and $7,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted until sentencing set for 11 a.m. June 12. He was originally charged with two counts trafficking in drugs (marijuana), and two counts trafficking in drugs (cocaine), one with specification.
Darrel D. Schoenauer, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Diane L. Schoenauer, Davenport, Fla. They were married Nov. 19, 2004 in Bartow, Fla., and have no children.
Sulema H. Hernandez, 54, 51 Main St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. Sentencing was set for 1:30 p.m. May 21.

Joe Vera, III, 19, 426 W. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with180 days jail suspended. He also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentence: 30 days jail, $50 fine, with 30 days suspended.
Judith M. Coleson, 26, 410 S. Jefferson St., Pandora, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine, with 178 days jail suspended and complete mental health assessment.
Mark E. McCullough, 46, 2106 University Blvd., Lima, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 170 days jail and $375 suspended, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program.
Kim A. Brooks, 56, 9786 Road 3, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of physical control and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $375 fine, one-year license suspension, with 177 days jail and $375 suspended, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program and restitution of $500.
