Putnam County Common Pleas Court



The following individuals were indicted following Wednesday’s session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.



Jeffrey L. Perry, 54, 1100 Jefferson Ave., Toledo; three counts rape.



Thomas A. Verhoff, 56, 17887 State Route 694, Cloverdale; cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana.



Terry A. Dotson, 66, 7611 Road 24, Continental; cultivation of marijuana and tampering with evidence.



Jimmy R. Eagleson, 51, 2487 Road B, Leipsic; cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana.



Charlene I. Nunez, 56, 105 Truax Road, Cloverdale; cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana.



Domingo Velez Jr., 62, 356 S. Belmore St., Leipsic; felonious assault, possession of drugs and menacing.



Decoda A.E. Blake, 24, 24654 Bowman Road, Defiance; failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.



Louis F. Ochoa, 25, 331 S. Union St., Fostoria; domestic violence.



Jacob E. Garrick, 20, 454 S. Walnut St., Ottawa; theft and two counts breaking and entering.



Dispositions/Nov. 6



Cory J. Hull, 24, 1534 Mustang Drive, Defiance, was sentenced to 73 days jail for violating supervision. He was originally convicted on breaking and entering.



Juanita P. Egri. 42, 206 S. Main St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 23 days jail for theft.



Dispositions/Nov. 8



Charity L. Baugh, 20, 151 North Drive, Ottawa, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for tampering with evidence. She was given credit for one day served.

Huntington National Bank, Columbus, v. Roger L. Hosler, Ottawa, and Christine R. Hosler, Ottawa; foreclosure.



Hazel Ball, Ottawa, v. Robert Ball, Leipsic; dissolution without children.



Erie Insurance Exchange, East Peoria, Ill., v. Brett Grayson, Ottawa, and Amy Smith, Ottawa; other civil.



Mary Clayton, Salinas, Calif., v. Clarence Hines, Ottawa; foreign support.



Putnam County Municipal Court



Dispositions/Nov. 2



Kristopher L. Sigler, 23, 212 N. Broadway St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to amended charge of unauthorized use of motor vehicle and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail and $150 suspended. He was fined $100 for no operator license and $50 for speeding. Charges of driving under suspension in violation of license suspension and ATV on roadway were dismissed.



Robyn Wilson, 36, 12271 Road G, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: 180 days jail, $500 fine, with 180 days jail and $500 suspended and payment of $307.19 to Glandorf Feed. She also pleaded guilty to another count passing bad checks. Sentence: 180 days jail, $500 fine, with 180 days jail and $400 suspended and restitution of $127.54 to FGDI; $114.04 to Shell; $60.28 to Tabler’s; $85.96 to Kohls; $26.45 to Grove Dairy Whip and $100 to Rainbow Party Shop. Five other counts were dismissed.

Citibank, Sioux Falls, S.D., default judgment v. Gregory J. Adkins, Fort Jennings, $9,402.74, plus interest and costs..



Dispositions/Nov. 6



Chase M. Horstman, 27, 19361 State Route 613, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with 27 days jail suspended, and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.



Jordan A. Piper, 27, 156 S. Elm St., Apt. A, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of aggravated menacing and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $200 fine, with 180 days jail suspended, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. He also pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $200 fine. He was also found guilty of another count of assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, $200 fine and restitution of $2,582.55, with jail sentence to be served concurrently. Another charge of assault was dismissed.

Krystina M. Biller, 23, 224 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 178 days jail suspended, 40 hours community service and restitution of $40 to Family Dollar.
