Kevin Moore Jr., 20, 203 N. Sixth St., Continental, pleaded guilty to attempt discharge of firearm. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:15 a.m. June 13.
Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke was granted a foreclosure judgement against Mary K. Vorst, Cloverdale, in the amount of $11,977.51, and $635 plus interest and costs.
Levi J. Troyer, 23, 500 N. Sixth St., Continental, was sentenced to four years for corrupting another with drugs and 12 months each for possessing drugs. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent and he was given credit for 29 days served. He was fined $7,500 and his license was suspended for five years. He was originally charged with three counts possession of drugs, possession of dangerous drugs, illegal cultivation of marijuana and corrupting another with drugs.
Dillon D. Ankney, 20, 15715 Road 176, Paulding, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for trafficking in drugs – marijuana. He was given credit for one day served and his license was suspended for six months. He must undergo alcohol and drug treatment and pay $380 to the MAN unit.
Jennifer Sproul, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Jason Sproul, Pinellas Park, Fla. They were married Feb. 6, 2004 in Lima, and have three children.
Judith H. Miller, Fort Jenning, was granted judgment against Ottawa Chevrolet, Inc., Perrysburg, in the amount of $18,339.51, plus interest and costs.
