Dispositions/March 8



Chi Lo Mack, 37, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to perjury. He faces up to 36 month in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted until sentencing at 10 a.m. March 18.

William N. Bishop, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Tammy L. Bishop, Nickelsville, Va. They were married June 15, 2002 in Leipsic, and have no children.

Fifth Third Mortgage Co., Cincinnati, was granted a foreclosure against David A. Torres, Ottawa, and Sherolyn M. Morman, Ottawa, in the amount of $99,581.11, plus interest and costs.

The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted judgment against Gerald L. Meyer, Ottawa, in the amount of $107,710.81, plus interest and costs.



US Bank National Association, Owensboro, Ky., was granted judgment against Lisa M. Heitman, Cordova, Tenn., in the amount of $77,195.96, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/March 7



Kevin M. Arnone, 28, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 177 days jail suspended. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.



Dispositions/March 11



James R. Reynolds, 33, 25751 U.S. Route 224, Fort Jennings, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 150 days jail and $300 suspended. A companion charge of OVI was dismissed.



Dispositions/March 12



Ian R. Parker, 27, 122 W. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, two-year license suspension, with 174 days jail and $375 suspended and credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP program. A companion charge of OVI and a charge of right of way/stop sign/yield sign were dismissed.

William S. Bricker, DDS, Inc., Antwerp, default judgment v. Justina A. Johnson, Ottawa, $1,315, plus interest and costs.



Dispositions/March 14



Dennis F. Hanneman, 63, 15290 Road 15M, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 174 days jail and $250 suspended and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program. He also pleaded no contest to using weapons while intoxicated and was found guilty. Sentence:180 days jail, $1,000 fine, with 180 days jail and $1,000 suspended.



Jamison E. Siefker, 24, 1570 N. Perry St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, three-year license suspension with 150 days jail and $375 suspended and credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP program and complete counseling at Pathways Counseling Center.

Chaparral, Inc., Toledo, default judgment v. Annissa N. Delgado, Columbus Grove, $3,033.03, plus interest and costs.
