Mount Carmel Health System, Columbus, was granted judgment against Cody J. Kalb, 543 W. Elm St., Lima, in the amount of $317,650.46, plus interest and costs.



Brian O. Rippetoe, 33, 20661 County Road I-18, Cloverdale, was granted a reduction in his jail sentence and released. He was convicted of permitting drug abuse.
