Putnam County Common Pleas Court



Dispositions/March 18



Terry A. Dotson, 66, 7611 Road 24, Continental, pleaded guilty to cultivation of marijuana and tampering with evidence. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. April 9.



Andrew Rodriguez, 22, 3721 Road K-3, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to burglary and grand theft of a motor vehicle. He faces up to 54 months in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2 p.m. April 10. He was originally charged with two grand theft of a motor vehicle, two counts attempt grand theft of a motor vehicle, and theft.



Jeremy A. Mangas, 31, 51 Third St., Lot 1, West Leipsic, pleaded guilty to failure to appear. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. March 27.



Dispositions/March 20



Chi Lo Mack, 37, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for perjury. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to his other case.



Flagstar Bank, Troy, Mich., was granted a foreclosure against Arturo J. Camareno, Ottawa, and Jody A. Camareno, Continental, in the amount of $137,923.41, plus interest and costs.

John T. Hall, Ada, and Marilyn J. Hall, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 25, 2003 in Findlay, and have no children.

Roger A. Myers, 51, 2133 West Wood Drive, Defiance, pleaded guilty to third-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 360 days jail, $1,500 fine, five-year license suspension, with 180 days jail and $500 suspended and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency.



Dispositions/March 18



Ajelous D. Kelly, 36, 4011 Road 8, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, $200 fine, with 150 days jail suspended, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.



Christopher R. Steel, 33, 223 N. Main St., Continental, pleaded no contest to stopping after accident/exchange information and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $500 fine, with 170 days jail suspended.



Devin Tijerina, 19, 100 Eastom St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 180 days jail, $375 fine, with 177 days jail suspended and 30 hours community service. He was also fined $50 for failure to control and $40 for seat belt. A charge of OVI was dismissed.
