Putnam County Common Pleas Court


Dispositions/Nov. 5


Bryant A. Rose, 28, 751 E. Fourth St., Lima, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for trafficking in drugs (cocaine). He was given credit for two days served and must pay $500 to the MAN unit. His driver’s license was suspended for one year.


Eric A. Kohrn, 45, 4298 Sugar Creek Road, Lima, was sentenced to six months in prison for tampering with coin machines, consecutive to an Allen County case. He was given credit for 22 days served. A charge of possessing criminal tools was dismissed.


Nathan D. Aguirre, 36, 311 E. Cross St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to felonious assault. He faces up to eight years in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Dec. 16. He was originally charged with aggravated burglary.


Michael K. Schwaiger, 59, 12678 County Road G12, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to cultivation of marijuana and possession of drugs. He faces up to 48 months in prison, $12,500 in fines and license suspension up to 10 years. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. Dec. 2.


Jacob A. Macke, Columbus Grove, and Anissa A. Macke, Cairo, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 12, 2003 in Cairo, and they have three children.

Leann Blankemeyer, Ottawa, and Jason A. Blankemeyer, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 14, 2000 in Lima, and have two children.


Scott A. Hoffman, Ottawa, and Hope Hoffman, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 16, 1999 in Ottawa, and have one child.

US Bank National Association, Westerville, was awarded a foreclosure judgment against Randy Steele, Holgate, Kimberly Trehan, Holgate, and John W. Trehan, Leipsic, in the amount of $65,855.67, plus interest and costs.


JP Morgan Chase Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Gregory S. Van Atta, Mount Cory, and Rose M. Van Atta, Mount Cory, in the amount of $122,380.21, plus interest and costs.

Megan L. Kindilien, Continental, and Nathan L. Kindilien, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 1, 1995 and have three children.

Dispositions/Oct. 31


Kim Bartley, 46, 6025 W. Grove St., Continental, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, and $50 fine.


Dispositions/Nov. 4


Amanda S. Ruhe, 34, 306 Green Meadow Drive, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation and was found guilty. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, and credit for three days upon completion of DIP. She was also fined $150 for failure to turn signal.


Andrew S. Kuhlman, 27, 1840 S. Agner St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 170 suspended, $1,000 fine, $750 suspended, three-year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.


Amanda N. Kindle, 24, 391 County Road 80, Alger, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 suspended, fined $750, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. She was also fined $50 for driving under suspension in violation of license restrictions and $50 for speeding.


Matthew Berg, 30, 304 Cora St., McComb, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate license. Sentence: $150 fine.

Ronald D. Stateler, 66, 310 E. Cross St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, $50 suspended and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency.


Roger L. Lehman, III, 18, 16533 Road 168 Paulding, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 suspended, $150 fine and no contact with victim for two years.

John E. Ruggles, 40, 107 E. Elm St., Continental, pleaded no contest to violating a protection order. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 suspended, $150 fine, 12 months probation and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.


Hendrik J. Huiskes, 26, 8283 Road 7D, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
