Celina police stun woman who threatened officers with razor

CELINA - Celina police used a stun gun to subdue a woman who was threatening officers on Saturday.

Chief David Slusser said in a news release that officers were forced to use a stun gun to incapacitate Lisa M. Conley, 21, of Rockford, who threatened officers with a straight razor.

Slusser said officers were called to an apartment on Meadowview Drive on report of an unwanted woman. Conley agreed to leave but asked to use a restroom. When she emerged she started toward an officer brandishing the razor.

Conley has been charged with assault on a police officer, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor.
