The annual Breakfast with the Arts, which showcases artwork from elementary, middle and high school students in Bellevue was held Tuesday morning at Bellevue High School, photo above. In addition to “traditional” artwork, students from FCCLA and FFA had items on display. Music by the BHS hand chimes, choirs, hand bells, Choraliers and Jazz Band entertained the audience. In the photo below, left, Scott Campbell, a BHS senior, shows Suzanne Meyers how he creates Christmas trees by folding pages of old books. In the photo at right, this beautiful Redmen headdress was a group creation by several BHS students.
