ELIDA — 1992 was the 25th anniversary of the Camaro and last year for the 3rd Generation Camaro. There were 8,197 ‘92 Camaro’s made. The production run lasted for a full decade for the “Third Generation” Camaro, which ran from 1982 through 1992. This generation lasted through various trim, suspension and wheel changes, as well as engine options. The “Third Generation” Camaro had Italian supercar inspired lines.


Nathan Haase, of Elida, brought his 1992 Chevy Camaro to The Lima News’ Real Wheels Cruise-In. He’s owned it for four years. He bought the car before his senior year of high school, and states that buying the car with his dad, as his favorite memory of the car.
