Bryon D. Manley, who lives in an apartment in the 100 block of North Jameson Avenue, is wanted for questioning after an incident that Lima Police Department detectives investigated on Sunday. Officers were dispatched to 319 1/2 Collett St. when it was reported that two people had been stabbed. Officers found the inured people to be Jewel M. Bowers, 39, and Steven L.
