SWANCREEK TOWNSHIP – A Swanton woman was injured Tuesday after being attacked by a neighbor’s bulldogs, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department.

The 59-year-old woman reported she was attacked by two American bulldogs at 2469 County Road D after walking into the neighbor’s house while no one was home. She escaped the dogs with multiple bites to her face, neck, legs, and arms and walked back home, where her husband called 911 at 9:25 a.m.

She was transported to a Toledo-area hospital, where her condition was unknown.

The incident remains under investigation by the sheriff’s office and the Fulton County dog warden.
