SPENCERVILLE — If you’re missing some items, the Spencerville Police Department might be able to help.

The Spencerville Police Department posted a unique list of items to its Facebook page at approximately 3 p.m. Thursday, seeking possible owners.

The list included an Xbox 360, a voice recorder, two-way radios, a hunting knife, a bag of golf clubs, a GPS navigation system and a half-inch impact air tool. The items were recovered at American Pawn in Lima and listed as “possibly stolen.”

It turned out later the items were included with several other items that were confirmed stolen and taken to the pawn shop for resale earlier this week. Some items have been recovered by their owners. The posted list of items had not been reported as stolen, so the police department listed the post in an effort to seek the owners.

A spokesman at the police department said an investigation is ongoing, and no arrest has yet been made. He said an arrest could be made as early as Friday, pending the completion of the investigation.

The department is asking that anyone that may be missing the items on the list to call 419-647-4141.
