Disposition/March 17


Natalie R. Golich, 30, 700 Central Ave., Findlay, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for possession of drugs and attempted theft. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year and she was placed on three years community control. She must obtain employment and pay restitution of $1,100 to the victim.


Dispositions/March 18


Luis M. Rocha, 23, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 18, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs and trafficking in drugs with specification. He faces up to 30 months in prison, $7,500 in fines and one- to 10-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is continued with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. May 8.

March 13


Mark L. Leist, 65, 400 W. Main St., Columbus Grove, charged with felonious assault, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.


March 17


Jason A. Blankemeyer, 42, 10414 Deercreek Drive, Apt. J, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of improper parking was dismissed.


Katie L. Gonzalez, 22, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 45, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $100 fine.


March 18


Joshua Schmidt, 30, 105 Wayne St., Grover, Hill, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.


Dustin N. Ripke, 27, 14691 State Route 637, Paulding, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.
