Lima gas prices go below $1.75 a gallon

Gasoline could be found for less than $1.75 a gallon this morning in Lima, with most stations selling gas for under $1.80 a gallon as area residents drove into work Monday morning.

The cheapest gas could be found on the metro area's east side, where Speedway on Harding Highway had gasoline for $1.74 a gallon. In south Lima, the Pine Food Mart had gasoline for $1.75.

Other prices this morning:

• Shawnee Township: BP $1.79; Fisca, $1.85

• Ada Road: Marathon, $1.79; Clark, $1.79

• Main Street: Rich, $1.78

• Elida Road: Speedway, Swifty, Meijer, BP - all $1.78
