A Lima group of medical professionals is offering financial aid to educate potential local doctors.
The Medical Educational Foundation of the Academy of Medicine of Lima and Allen County will offer student loans to qualified medical students.
Repayment of the loan will be interest-free if the physician practices in Allen County. The nonprofit foundation hopes its efforts will attract physicians to the area.
