Liberty Tax Service, located at 2115 Allentown Road, Lima, is offering free tax preparation for service professionals who are first-time customers during its “Appreciation Days.” Each week for five weeks, a select group is honored at Liberty Tax offices throughout the United States. No appointment is necessary.
Groups to be honored include:
•Feb. 27 through March 4: military/veterans
•March 5 through March 11: teachers and school employees
•March 12 through March 18: police, firefighters and EMT's
•March 19 through March 25: health care workers
•March 26 through April 1: volunteers and nonprofits
