FINDLAY - Philip Beatty, 53, remained in critical condition in the neuro-intensive care unit Friday night at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
Beatty was injured Thursday on County Road 220 south of state Route 18 when a snow plow caught an orange road reflector. A Wood County driver was turning around at the Hancock/Wood county line. The driver’s plow tossed the reflector through Beatty’s windshield while he was driving.
