Auxiliary schedules boating class

CELINAThe U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 68 is conducting a one-day, eight hour boating safety class in Celina at the Richardson-Bretz Building, 119 W. Fulton St. on May 14.The course is designed for boaters 12 years and older, starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. Topics include Ohio boating laws, safety equipment and boat handling.This class fulfills the state of Ohio educational requirements for boaters born on or after Jan. 1, 1982. It also meets the guidelines of the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.Preregistration is required because of limited class size.
